Derek Fisher discussed the Los Angeles Lakers recent loss to the Charlotte Hornets on Spectrum SportsNet.
Fisher touched on the Lakers’ struggles shooting the ball and believes young age played a major factor.
“It’s tough, in particular, for a young team to continue to sustain the defensive intensity and effort that you need in order to win when the shots aren’t falling.”
Fisher believe that the Lakers struggled in creating turnovers, which took away a lot of scoring in transition and off of fast breaks.
“This young Lakers team has to score in the open court in order to be successful because they don’t shoot the three at a high percentage.”
