Derek Fisher helped to unveil the newly remodeled Woodland HIlls Recreation Center this Saturday.
Fish cut the ribbon on the beautiful new facility and spoke about what it means to have a safe place for children—and the children of Woodland Hills now have one of the best facilities in Los Angeles to enjoy.
“As a young person, (it’s important) to have somewhere to go that is safe,” Derek said. “As parents, to know that there’s going to be staff and adults in a place where their children can go and play and have fun and be kids. … You have to have that to have a successful community.”
