After his team’s narrow 86-79 defeat at the hands of the Miami Heat, New York Knicks Coach Derek Fisher met with the media to discuss his team’s effort in the loss, which sent them to a 4-14 record for the season.
Though he feels the Knicks are making progress, Coach Fisher noted their struggle in trying to turn close games into close wins. He also touched on their difficulties shooting from deep, what he saw in Carmelo Anthony’s return from back spasms, and how he sees the Knicks evolving as they go forward.
