Derek Fisher and the Los Angeles Lakers can head home with a smile after sweeping an important road trip coming off a losing skid.

Fish scored five points and found both LA bigs for a pair of assists as the Lakers finished off a three-game road trip with a 106-99 win over the Kings in Sacramento, their fourth straight win.

Fish didn’t get on the scoreboard until just a minute before halftime, hitting a jumper that brought Los Angeles within one. But he started the second half in style by draining a three that extended the Lakers lead to six.

In the fourth, with Sacramento trying to stage a late rally, No. 2 passed to Pau Gasol, who hit a 13-footer, putting the Lakers up by 10 with barely a minute to play. Fish also chipped in two rebounds, and added a block on Kings’ rookie point guard Tyreke Evans.

The four-game Lakers winning streak is tied for their longest since mid-December when they won five in-a-row before losing to Cleveland on Christmas Day.
